Our Forest Keeper White Wine Jelly is made from our Unfiltered Wine. The unfiltered wine was made from whole fresh Florida grown White Muscadine Grapes. This process creates a jelly that is intense with grapey flavor. There is, however, NO alcohol in the jelly. The alcohol dissipates as the jelly goes through the canning process.
