The biggest problem that we have with Sparkling Wines is that once we open the bottle and pour our glass of bubbly, the wonderful bubbles quickly fade away. With a push and a click that problem is solved. At our winery, the Universal Champagne Stopper keeps our bottle full of bubbles for about a week. This is the only Sparkling Wine bottle stopper that we use at Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery! Full instructions are listed on the backside of the package (see photo).
