Our Mango Wine Jelly is made from our Unfiltered Wine. The unfiltered wine was made from whole fresh Florida grown mangoes. This process creates a jelly that is intense with mango flavor. There is, however, NO alcohol in the jelly. The alcohol dissipates as the jelly goes through the canning process.
