Our Lemon Marmalade is made from whole, fresh Florida grown lemons. To be clear, all real marmalades are always made from citrus, never any other fruits. Our Lemon Marmalade is made from the ‘Ponderosa Lemon’. This lemon grows quite large. The skin is thick and not bright yellow. But don’t let its ugliness deceive you. The Lemon Marmalade that we make from our native lemon is the best that you will ever taste!
