Our Coconut Wine Jelly is made from our Unfiltered Wine. The unfiltered wine was made from Florida grown coconuts. This process creates a jelly that is intense with coconut flavor. There is, however, NO alcohol in the jelly. The alcohol dissipates as the jelly goes through the canning process.
