Welcome to Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery a licensed Florida Winery. Our Apple Cook ’in & Sip ’in ‘Unfiltered’ Medium Dry Wine ($18.49 + tax) is totally unique and totally refreshing. To create this beautiful wine, we used the best U.S.A. apples from North Carolina. The fresh spices of parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme were grown locally. This wine is able to blend the art of cheffing with the art of wine making. It can be used as a culinary spice or as wine to enjoy with a fabulous meal. There was a popular song of years ago by the Artists Simon and Garfunkel titled “Parsley Sage, Rosemary & Thyme”. Not only did these spices create a #1 hit song, but they have helped us create a #1 wine!

So, why would we make a wine that no factory winery makes or would make? The answer is simple. We believe in America and the American people. Our ancestors, yours and mine, built our country with the might of their own two hands. Most were poor in money, but rich in spirit. They brought with them from their old country the knowledge and ability to make beautiful wines. In our early days, most of our ancestors were farmers, they tilled and worked the land. My ancestors were sharecroppers from Alabama. These beautiful and noble people were taking some the crops that they were growing and turning it into wine. Today, we call these wines ‘American Heritage Wines”. We at Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery have not forgotten these wines of our ancestors. We research our past and recreate the wines that our ancestors were making. These wines are part of our collective heritage and culture and well worth saving. Today, we are the only winery in America that is making these wines. Please, remember wines are not just about grape wines. Any winery that just makes grape wines from imported juices and concentrates is doing you and America a great disservice. A quick note about the ‘Unfiltered’ word you see on all our wine labels. This means that no filtration process of any kind is used on our wines. Literally, our wines capture a single harvest from a single place and moment in time. All of our wines are made from whole fresh fruits and vegetables, with 98% grown out of the soils of the State of Florida. By the way, Unfiltered wines are the ONLY wines that get better with age! 100% of our wine bottles are recycled. They are brought to us by our customers and guests. The shapes may change, but the contents will always remain at 750ml. We are the “Greenest Winery in America” (ask Google).

“How to Order Our Wines”

All of our wines will be processed and shipped through our Vineyard/Winery in Duette, Florida. Because the alcohol laws of States can vary significantly, it is easier for us to handle all the shipping logistics through here. Additionally, we are able to obtain much better shipping rates than are currently available online and combine orders wherever possible. With the exception of the State of Florida, all orders from other States will ship to a FedEx Walgreens ‘Hold on Site’ location closest to your house. If you live in an area where there are no Walgreens, we can, also, ship your wine to the closest Dollar General to your house. All wine orders shipping costs are based on weight. So, how do you order your Wines and Sparkling wines? You will NOT be able to order your Wines/Sparkling wines using the Purchase Button on this page; However, you can use the +or- Cart Button to select your Wines.
