Our delicious ‘Dandelion Flower Petal Wine, DRY’ is made from the whole fresh Dandelions that we grow on the land of Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery. We use only the tiny yellow flower petals.; no other part of the Dandelion is used in our wine. For the novice to Dandelion wine, this is a world heritage wine that has been made for over 3,500 years. Only ‘real’ wineries like BHV are willing to take the effort to recreate such a special and fabulous wine. Our ‘DRY’ Dandelion wine has zero residue sugar!
