Water Garden Farm is a beautiful Turn-Key furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, house located on two beautiful secluded acres at Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery in Duette, Florida.   The house overlooks two natural spring fed water garden ponds.  Full wrap-around deck with table & chairs to sit and absorb the peace & quite of nature’s get-away. 

Amenities include:  Television with Direct TV Satellite service; Complete kitchen; Laundry room with washer & dryer; Central Heat & Air; Ceiling Fans; Outdoor Flood lighting; Deck Lighting, Wrap around deck overlooking ponds;  Property is fenced for privacy;  Water Purification and Softener system; Deck chairs and table.   

Our rates include a personal tour of the vineyard & winery with a complimentary wine tasting.      Sorry – No pets.

  

  

   

        

November thru March, availability is Seasonal Rental only, minimum stay 30 day or more.  April thru October, availability is nightly, weekly or monthly.

OUR RATES:  $85.00 Nightly-  Double Occupancy - 1 night stay.       $75.00 Nightly - minimun 3 night stay.   $450 Weekly (7 days).    $1,800 Monthly or Seasonally.   Reservations are based on availability.  ** All prices are based on Double Occupancy... additional guest are charged $10 per person-per night.

 All rates have a 6 1/2% Sales Tax and a 5% (Manatee County) Resort Tax fee for a total of 11.5% taxes added to the total.

When not rented…Water Garden Farm is available for “Weddings” (as a Notary we can officiate weddings), “Renew Vows” & “Commitment Ceremonies” & Honeymoon weekends.  Also Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery has wedding venues...so check out our vineyard wedding page.
